By the Lungora Editorial Desk at Lungoraformula · Checked against the printed label · Revised September 30, 2026 · how we check facts

One purchase comes with three separate sets of contact details: this desk, the seller’s order line, and the distributor block printed on the bottle. They do different jobs, and using the wrong one is how a fortnight disappears.

For anything you have paid for — tracking, a change of pack, a return, a refund — call +1 (323) 417-0278 or write to [email protected]. For anything written on this site, email [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET; this desk cannot see orders. The bottle itself gives only lungora, Aurora, CO 80011 — a city, a state and a zip, with no street.

Three sets of details

They belong to three different organisations, and only one of them can see your order.

This desk, and its limits

[email protected] reaches the people who write these pages. Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. It is the right address for a factual correction, a broken link, a question about how a figure on this site was derived, a privacy request or a press enquiry.

It is the wrong address for everything else, and the reason is worth stating once rather than implying it. This desk has no access to the seller’s order system. It cannot look up an order, see a tracking number, change a shipping address, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or tell you where a parcel is. An email here asking any of those things gets a reply pointing you at the order line, a day or two later than calling would have done.

One thing this desk can do that the order line cannot

Explain the arithmetic. If you want to know why this site says about 567 mg of the 575 mg blend is magnesium glycinate, or why five ingredients are given as ceilings rather than amounts, that is a question about a page rather than about a parcel, and it will be answered with the working. The sum is already published in six steps.

Orders, returns and refunds

All of it goes to the seller. Call +1 (323) 417-0278, or write to [email protected] if you would rather have it in writing. The return window supplied is 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window, in which case the sales page governs.

  1. Call or email before you post anything

Ask for a return reference and confirm the address you are posting to. Unopened and opened bottles may be treated differently; the refund page sets out what was supplied and what was not.

  2. Post to the returns address

245 Park Avenue, Floor 24, New York, NY 10167, USA. Enclose your full name, the email address used at checkout and your order ID.

  3. Use a tracked service

The buyer pays return shipping, and tracking is what proves the parcel arrived. Keep the receipt.

  4. Expect two separate waits

The refund is issued three to five business days after the return is credited, then a further five to ten days for it to reach the card. Those are two different clocks and both are the seller’s.

Buy through the checkout link on this site and the order is one this desk can at least point at the right people. Buy elsewhere and it is still the same order line — there is simply no record here to refer to.

What is printed on the bottle

The label carries a distributor block of its own: lungora, Aurora, CO 80011, with +1 (323) 417-0278 and [email protected]. It is the least useful of the three routes, for a specific reason.

There is no street address. A city, a state and a zip are not a postal address, so there is nothing to send a letter to and nothing to serve a document at. Note also that the telephone number printed on the bottle is the same number as the sales line, so the bottle and the order desk are one route rather than two.

One observation is recorded here and nothing is concluded from it: lungora, Aurora, CO 80011 has now appeared on the distributor block of three unrelated brands that reached this desk in consecutive batches, in three different product categories. That is a pattern in the paperwork, not a finding about this product, and it is published because a reader can check it against any other label carrying the same line.

A print code reading ENB_434_01_062326 also runs along the edge of the artwork. It is a production code for the label file — not a lot number, not an ingredient and not a claim — and quoting it to anybody will not identify your bottle.

What to have in front of you

Order calls go faster with four things to hand, and the fourth is the one people forget.

  • Your order ID, from the confirmation email.
  • The email address used at checkout, which may not be the one you normally use.
  • The date of purchase. The 60-day window runs from purchase rather than from delivery, so this is the date that matters.
  • The bottle. The lot code stamped on it is the one that identifies what you were sent. The reference in the pack supplied to this desk is LUN-26/LU-8072, printed here as a draft rather than as a verified batch, because every bottle photograph supplied carries misprinted label text.

If the safety seal was damaged or missing when the bottle arrived, say so first and do not take a capsule. The label prints that instruction itself: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.”

The one question worth asking

If you reach somebody who can pass a question to the formulator, there is one worth more than all the rest, and it takes a sentence to answer.

“Which magnesium glycinate is in the blend — the pure chelate or a buffered one — and what is its elemental magnesium content by weight?”

The question that would settle most of this site

Everything derived here turns on that figure. At 14.1% elemental magnesium, the compound needed for the declared 80 mg is about 567 mg and roughly 8 mg of the blend is left for the other five ingredients. At 20% — the top of the plausible range for a heavily buffered chelate — it is about 400 mg and about 175 mg is left. Both are consistent with the printed label, and the answer changes the severity of the central finding without changing its direction.

A second question is worth asking if the first is answered: a Certificate of Analysis for the lot you were sent. The pack supplied a reference, LUN-8072-26-LU, but no document. A certificate reports quantities ingredient by ingredient, which would replace every ceiling on this site with a figure. The batch page has both questions written out to read down the phone.

What none of these routes can do

Three things, and they are the three people most want.

  • Tell you the amounts in the blend. Five of the six carry none, and no route here will invent one. Ceilings are published instead, always labelled as ceilings.
  • Tell you what it costs. No price was supplied with this product at all. The live figure is on the seller’s checkout screen and nowhere on this site.
  • Give medical advice. This is a retail desk. The label’s own caution says to consult a physician before use if you take a medication or have a medical condition, and that is the right instruction.

If it is about your breathing, this is the wrong page

New or worsening breathlessness, a cough that will not clear, wheeze or chest tightness are reasons to be examined by a clinician rather than to telephone an order line. NCCIH states that “evidence does not support using complementary health approaches instead of proven medical management for asthma” and that you should “not substitute other approaches for treatments recommended or prescribed by your health care provider”. Keep taking anything you have been prescribed.

Read the magnesium row before you decide

Thirty capsules, one a day. One amount is printed on this label — 80 mg of magnesium — and it is the amount that tells you what is left of the 575 mg blend for the other five ingredients. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
