Lungora Capsules: What Each One Holds and How to Take It
Lungora capsules are vegetable capsules with a hypromellose shell, sold 30 to a bottle, and the label says to take one a day and not to exceed it. Each capsule declares 80 mg of magnesium, 19% of the Daily Value, from a 575 mg proprietary blend of six named ingredients. The label gives no time of day and no food instruction, so one bottle is simply a month of daily use.
What is inside one Lungora capsule
The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of one capsule and 30 servings per container. It has two rows.
| Row | As printed | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium | As magnesium glycinate, from proprietary blend | 80 mg (19% DV) |
| Proprietary blend | Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom (Ruscus aculeatus) root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract 95% curcuminoids, coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone) | 575 mg |
The 19% is correct: the FDA Daily Value for magnesium is 420 mg, and 80 divided by 420 is 19%. The other five ingredients carry no amount. Because magnesium is about 14.1% of magnesium glycinate by weight, the 80 mg implies about 567 mg of the compound, which leaves roughly 8 mg for the other five combined. Those are ceilings, not amounts, and the nutrient that gives a blend away walks through the working.
The Lungora capsule shell and other ingredients
The Other Ingredients line reads: hypromellose (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide. Hypromellose is the plant-based material the shell is made from, so the capsule contains no gelatin.
One detail matters for vegetarian, vegan or dairy-free buyers. Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide are plant- or mineral-derived. Magnesium stearate and stearic acid can come from either vegetable or animal fat, and the label does not say which. So the dietary marks cannot be checked from the panel alone. Ask the order desk before you buy if that matters to you.
How to take Lungora capsules
The direction is one capsule daily, and the caution says not to exceed it. The label gives no instruction about food or the time of day. Taking it with the same meal each day makes it easier to remember, and a bottle of 30 then lasts exactly a month.
There is no loading dose and no second rate. One capsule supplies 80 mg of magnesium, which counts toward the 350 mg a day the NIH sets as the upper limit for magnesium from supplements. If you already take magnesium or a multivitamin with magnesium, add the amounts together.
| Pack | Capsules | Days |
|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 | 60 |
| 3 bottles | 90 | 90 |
| 6 bottles | 180 | 180 |
Who should not take Lungora capsules without advice
The label caution names anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone who takes a medication or has a medical condition, who should consult a physician first.
The NIH records magnesium interacting with bisphosphonates and some antibiotics, which should be taken hours apart from it. NCCIH records coenzyme Q10 interacting with warfarin and insulin. None of that appears on the bottle, so raise it with whoever prescribes for you.
Breathing comes first
New or worsening breathlessness, chest pain or a cough that brings up blood needs a clinician, not a capsule. With asthma or COPD, keep every inhaler as prescribed and ask before adding Lungora.
Storing Lungora capsules
Check the safety seal when the bottle arrives and do not use it if the seal is damaged. Store the bottle below 30°C (86°F) and keep it out of reach of children.
The label also names a turmeric extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, the only standardisation printed. What that percentage can and cannot tell you is covered in what a standardisation is a percentage of. For everything else on the bottle, go back to the Lungora home page.

Thirty capsules, one a day. One amount is printed on this label, 80 mg of magnesium, and it is the amount that tells you what is left of the 575 mg blend for the other five ingredients. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
